Warehouse continuous improvement
Gemba walks, 5S audits, quality checks and A3 projects in one live system across every site you run, so improvement outlives the clipboard.
Built for distribution centres. Used on the floor, not written up after.
The problem
A walk happens. Observations get typed into a workbook. The workbook lands in someone's inbox. Three weeks later nobody can say whether the action closed, which site is drifting, or what the score was last quarter. The work was real. The record wasn't.
The platform
Each module stands on its own and feeds the same site-level picture, so the walk you did this morning shows up in this quarter's trend without anyone re-keying it.
Structured walks with scored questions and photo evidence. Observations become actions, not notes.
Sort, set, shine, standardise, sustain: scored by zone, tracked over time, comparable across sites.
Configurable question sets per site, so the same check means the same thing at every location.
Labour-management observations against real registered users, not just a static roster.
Full A3 problem solving with fishbone analysis, countermeasures and a living project record.
Every finding gets an owner and a date. Nothing closes because everybody forgot about it.
Belt certifications and training status tracked per associate, per site, always current.
Near misses and incidents recorded in twenty seconds; behaviour observations with a safe and at-risk tally; the trends a GM is measured on.
Anyone raises one from a phone. The site triages it, the good ones become CI projects, and their savings land where finance can see them.
Per site, per day: Savings, Actions, Walks and Audits turn green or red from what actually happened. Reds get a reason, an owner and an escalation.
A countermeasure that worked at one site, offered to the rest, with each site's adoption on record. Good ideas travel.
Dashboards
Every module rolls up into site-level and cross-site dashboards. Admins see the whole network; site leaders see their own floor. Nobody assembles a deck on a Friday afternoon to find out how the quarter went.
On the floor
Audits get completed on a tablet where the work happens, with gloves on and a forklift going past. Photos attach to the observation as you take them. Scores post the moment the walk ends.
Wherever the work is
The same account and the same data on every screen. Leaders read the dashboard on a laptop, supervisors score a 5S audit on a tablet with gloves on, associates raise an idea or a near miss from a phone. It installs like an app and keeps working when the Wi-Fi drops.

Every day, not every quarter
The board answers one question each morning: are we improving? Lanes go green or red from the records, not from memory. Everything that needs a person gets to that person: assignments, reminders before the due date, escalation after a week, a Monday digest per site by email, Slack or Teams.
CI Savings
Every CI project carries a 12-month target and a 12-month cycle. Savings are entered per month as Value Creation Index, Bottom Line Savings or Cost Avoidance, so the number on the dashboard is the same number finance validates, and the validation itself is on the record.
Problem solving
Background, current state, root cause, countermeasures, follow-up: the A3 discipline held as a live record rather than a PowerPoint that ages in a shared drive. Fishbone analysis is built in.
Security
Row-level security is on every table. Site leaders can only reach their assigned sites; that rule lives in the database, so it holds no matter how a request arrives. Deletions are logged rather than silent.
Every table carries its own policy. Access is scoped per site, per role.
Removals are recorded with actor and timestamp, so the audit trail survives.
New users start with no site access until an admin grants it. Nothing is open by default.
A 30-minute walkthrough using your zones and your question sets, not a canned demo tenant.
